why rent a private house? we think our house is a fantastic option instead of staying at a condo complex You never have to share the hot tub or wait for the BBQ nor is there a closing time for the hot tub. Parking is so convenient in the garage or in the driveway, you never have to compete with other guests. When you have your large suitcases, grocery purchases, beach gear and coolers, your car is just out the front door instead of meandering through a large complex with your heavy items. Staying in a house with family and friends vacationing together makes coordination, hanging out, sharing meals, and spending quality time together so wonderful, but with enough space to enjoy your down time too. Because we do have the space and a garage, we offer more amenities to supplement your vacation than any condo or vacation rental.
